DevOps comes from the term Dev (Development) and Ops (Operations) these means the release, configuring and monitoring of software by people who build the software. DevOps is the bridging gap between Development and Operations which emphesizes communication and collaboration, continous integration, QA and delivery with automated deployment with a set of development practices.
